How do I cancel an order on bomofy.shop?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before we ship the order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the order at your doorsteps. Once we have confirmed that delivery has been refused by you, refund will be initiated.
There are no cancellation charges.
Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective or not in working condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when shipping it back to us.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
-Certain products (panties, bra, trimmer, hair straighteners,etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return.
-Please be careful while selecting the variant. No return requests will be entertained for variant issues.
-Return request can only be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
-Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact. If the product was delivered broken, please email us pictures of the same beforehand.
-Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
In case of returns, our shipping partner pick up returns from the delivered address. However in certain pin codes, our shipping partners only provide delivery service and not reverse pickup of returns. In such cases the customer is responsible to ship the product back to us. Customers are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel.
- The refund/exchange procedure will be initiated within 3 working days once we receive your product.
In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customer's bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days.
What are the rules for Courier charges refund?
1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you store credits of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the store credit amount.
3.Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our store credits rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
4.Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
5.Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
6.If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still receive store credits of Rs.100.
